§ 95.05 LIQUOR.

No person or persons shall take or imbibe any intoxicating liquor, beer, or wine as defined in R.C. § 4301.01 on or within park or recreational premises or property of the municipality, except as permitted for outdoor dining as per § 151.063(A)(7)(c).
