§ 72.133 UNREASONABLY LOUD OPERATION.
   (A)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle in such a manner as to cause any unreasonably loud, disturbing, and unnecessary noises of such character, intensity, or duration as to disturb the peace and quiet of the community.
   (B)   No person shall accelerate any motor vehicle on the streets, lanes, and ways of the village in such a manner as to cause the tires of the vehicle on forward movement to squeal, peel, or leave tire markings on the pavement.
   (C)   No person shall accelerate a motor vehicle on the streets, lanes, and ways of the village in such a manner as to cause the exhaust system of that vehicle to emit a loud, cracking, or clattering noise unusual to the normal operation of a motor vehicle.
   (D)   Every motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine shall at all times be equipped with a muffler in good working order and in constant operation and no person shall use a muffler cutout, by-pass, or similar device on a motor vehicle using the streets, lanes, and ways of the village.
   (E)   Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
