§ 30.14 PRISONER CONFINEMENT REIMBURSEMENT FEE.
   All prisoners shall reimburse the village for the cost of their confinement in jail within a reasonable time period as authorized and specified under state law, including, but not limited to, R.C. §§ 753.02 and 2929.37. Indigent convicted persons, as determined under state law, may, with their consent, be allowed to perform labor in the service of the village with credit given for their work at the state minimum wage against their prison confinement fee, fine, and costs.
