§ 30.13 GUIDELINES FOR REQUIRING CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WHEN USING VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   (A)   Use of public areas within the village shall require valid authorization to be issued by and at the discretion of the Mayor.
   (B)   Liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 shall be secured as required at the discretion of the Mayor. This liability insurance coverage shall include the party using the village property for the event and function on the public property of the village as well as the village, the village’s elected officials, and agents as named insureds.
   (C)   The Mayor shall be provided with the certificate of insurance 24 hours before the event.
   (D)   The person, group, or parties seeking permission to use village property shall provide appropriate security and traffic control at their cost as approved by the Chief of Police.
   (E)   The person, group, or parties seeking permission to use village property shall assume full responsibility for the clean-up of the areas used.
