Any person, firm, partnership, proprietorship, corporation, or association desiring notice of meetings of Council, committee of the whole, or Planning Commission meetings shall:
(A) Submit annually, in writing, a request for notices, this request to be sent to the Village Fiscal Officer;
(B) Give the name and address to whom these notices should be directed;
(C) Give the name and telephone number of the party to be notified in the event of emergency;
(D) Pay to the Village Fiscal Officer the sum of $25 per annum as fee for providing such notices, payable in advance annually; and
(E) Provide the Village Fiscal Officer with self- addressed envelopes with sufficient postage for mailing of the notices.
