(A) The notice provided for in § 55.42 and this section shall identify the property by street number, Auditor’s Plat Book, page, and parcel number, and shall give the location of the sidewalk and the period of time allowed to have the work done by private contract.
(B) Such time shall be reasonable, but shall not be more than 30 days for the new sidewalk or replacing the existing sidewalk and not more than 15 days for repairs.
