(A) The notice required in this section be sufficient if served on the owner or his or her agent personally or by letter addressed to the place of business or last known address of such owner or agent.
(B) Where the property affected is owned by more than one person, service on any one owner shall be sufficient. If no owner or agent can be found, it shall be sufficient to post a notice on the premises for a period of not less than 30 days.
