§ 55.21 DEPOSIT AGAINST REPAIRS.
   Before granting a temporary driveway permit, the Building Commissioner shall require a sufficient deposit to cover the cost of repairing any damage that may be caused to the sidewalk by reason of its use for temporary driveway purposes. If no repairs shall be necessary, the deposit shall be refunded. If repairs are made, the Mayor is authorized upon the presentation of satisfactory evidence to reimburse the person making them for the cost thereof. Any balance remaining shall be refunded to the person making the deposit.
