§ 55.05 SIDEWALK OPENINGS BY PUBLIC UTILITY CORPORATIONS.
   Where the public utility corporation is authorized by a special agreement with the village to do its restoration work in connection with the opening of sidewalks for maintenance and construction work, no cash deposit shall be required.
