§ 55.04 SIDEWALK OPENINGS BY VILLAGE, COUNTY, OR STATE.
   When the village shall require the installation of underground conduits or structures, it may obtain the necessary sidewalk opening permits without making any cash deposits. No cash deposit shall be required from the county for sidewalk opening permits. Where in any such case the work done greatly benefits the village, the sidewalk restoration may, with the approval of the Village Council, upon the recommendation of the Mayor, be made at the cost of the village.
