§ 52.02 CABLE, DIGITAL, AND OTHER TELEVISION OR INFORMATION SERVICES.
   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CABLE, DIGITAL, OR OTHER TELEVISION OR INFORMATION COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. A nonbroadcast facility consisting of a set of transmission paths and associated signals, general, reception, and control equipment, such as cable, digital or other, under common ownership and control, that distributes or is designed to distribute to subscribers the signals of one or more television or information broadcast stations.
   CABLE, DIGITAL, OR OTHER TELEVISION OR INFORMATION COMMUNICATION COMPANY. Any person owning, controlling, operating, or managing or proposing to establish, control, operate, or manage a wireless communications system, including cable, digital, or other television or information system.
   (B)   Cable, digital, or other television or information communication companies shall be responsible for:
      (1)   Inspection of services in the rights-of- way and on private property;
      (2)   Repair/replacement of such services;
      (3)   Branches to property line of users; ad
      (4)   Permits are required for all work; fees will be charged.
   (C)   (1)   Location of wires and units for use as junction boxes.
      (1)   All wiring, whether on public-rights-of- way or on private properties, shall be installed underground.
   (D)   All services shall comply with contracts/ agreements made a part hereof and attached herewith, and with any special zoning requirements set forth in Ch. 151.
