§ 51.10 STREET WASTE RECEPTACLES.

Waste receptacles placed on the sidewalks and streets shall be used only for waste material that persons may dispose of while passing along streets. Receptacles shall in no case be used for the disposal of garbage, trash, refuse, or other waste material accumulated in residences or places of business.
