§ 50.16 OBSTRUCTING DRAINAGE BY DUMPING.

No person shall dump, or allow to be dumped thereon, material of any kind in a manner which interferes with existing drains, sewers, or natural watercourses. Nothing in this section shall prohibit filling abandoned cellars, cisterns, or other cavities not involving sewerage or drainage.
