§ 50.15 DEPOSITING OBSTRUCTIVE REFUSE IN SEWERS.
   No person shall deposit the carcass of a dead animal, butcher’s offal, or refuse of any kind liable to become an obstruction in any sewer, receiving basin, tributary watercourse, or other place from which it may be carried or washed into a village sewer, or cause or permit such refuse matter to be so deposited. No one shall deposit refuse in any place where it will obstruct the mouth of a sewer or a drain or deposit it in any other place in violation of instructions duly posted prohibiting the deposit.
