§ 50.14 BREAKING OR REMOVING SEWERS.

No person shall break or remove any part of any receiving basin, covering plate, manhole cover, or any part of any sewer or appurtenance thereto, except as duly authorized in the course of making an improvement, repair, or sewer connection.
