Not less than 12 hours previous to making a village sewer connection, the sewer tapper shall notify the Building Commissioner or Village Engineer as to the time the work will be ready for inspection. The sewer tapper shall keep the work uncovered, free and clear until inspected and approved by the Building Commissioner, Village Engineer, or other person, as designated by the Mayor.
