Every permit for making a connection with a village sewer shall show, on its face, that it is granted subject to the express condition that the owner of the premises for whose benefit the connection is made for the benefit of a lessee and every succeeding owner or lessee, shall, in consideration of the privilege thereby granted, save and hold the village harmless of any loss or damage which may result from, or be occasioned by, the installation or maintenance of the sewer connection.
