(A) Before entering or undertaking work on a sewer connection for the benefit of any premises, the permittee shall deposit a street restoration fee in a sum sufficient to restore streets and sidewalks over any opening made, in accordance with street and sidewalk restoration provisions.
(B) Any portion of the deposit not used to repair the opening made in streets or sidewalks shall be returned to the depositor at the end of six months.
