§ 50.07 PERMISSION TO DO WORK IN VILLAGE.

If any licensed sewer tapper shall violate any of the ordinances relating to the making of sewer connections, or shall fail or refuse to perform any of the duties imposed on him or her by this subchapter, the Mayor shall be authorized to refuse permission for the sewer tapper to do work within the village.
