§ 50.06 LICENSED SEWER TAPPERS.
   (A)   No person shall engage in the business of making connections with sewers owned by the village or drains or lateral connections, unless he or she shall have been duly licensed by the village and has filed with the Building Department a bond in favor of the village in such sum not less than $1,000, as shall be prescribed by the Mayor. This bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state.
