No person shall own, keep or harbor any pets within the Village of Mariemont such as chicks, pigs, horses, mules, cows, goats, sheep or any member of the equidae family, the bovidae family, or any fowl or poultry, and other such alternative animals that are considered livestock. Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum of $150 per day that said violation continues.
