§ 50.02 SEWER CONNECTIONS WITHOUT PERMIT.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation, directly or indirectly, shall cause or permit any connection to be made with a sewer without a permit from the governing authority.
   (B)   Each ten days’ use of a sewer connection unlawfully made shall constitute a separate offense.
