(A) The Native American Cultural Center Advisory Ad Hoc Board, consisting of eight members, shall be established to create plans for the property type and location of display cases within the Cultural Center and to secure, identify, and prepare artifacts for display.
(B) The Native American Cultural Center Advisory Ad Hoc Board members shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of Council for an initial one-year term. Additional policies for staggered terms and appointments for vacated positions will be developed by the Ad Hoc Board and the Mayor and presented to Council for consent.
(C) Any actions taken by the Ad Hoc Board shall be submitted to the Mayor who may present said actions to Council for the Village of Mariemont.
