§ 30.31 CONVENIENCE FEES CHARGED FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND RETURNED CHECKS.
   (A)   Any credit card payment accepted by the village shall be charged a convenience fee in the amount of 3.5% of the amount being charged.
   (B)   Any check made payable to the village that is returned unpaid shall be charged a fee of $35.
