§ 151.041 SUBDIVISION OF LAND IN THE VILLAGE.
   (A)   Generally. The Rules and Regulations Governing Subdivision of Land in Mariemont adopted by the Planning Commission on February 9, 1944, and revised in January, 1984, are adopted by reference and are incorporated herein in their entirety as if fully rewritten herein.
   (B)   Subdivision of an existing parcel of land.
      (1)   Any subdivision of an existing parcel of land or transfer of a part of a recorded parcel of land to an adjacent recorded parcel of land must be approved by the Planning Commission.
      (2)   (a)   The owner of the parcel to be subdivided must submit a letter requesting subdivision to the Planning Commission and five copies of a site plan prepared by a surveyor licensed in the state.
         (b)   Site plan must show the following:
            1.   All property lines of parcel to be subdivided with dimension and compass directions;
            2.   All structures thereon and their setbacks from all property lines;
            3.   Proposed new property lines with dimensions and directions, changes in dimensions of existing property lines, and revised setbacks of structures from proposed new property lines. Scale of drawing, compass points, abutting street right-of- ways, and areas of existing and proposed parcels; and
            4.   Name and address of owner of parcel to be subdivided and the County Auditor’s book, plat, and parcel number(s) of property.
      (3)   Compliance with other regulations of the Rules and Regulations Governing Subdivision of Land in Mariemont need not be complied with except as necessary to comply with the Building Code and this chapter.
