§ 154.134 CONDITIONS FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING AND TWO-FAMILY DWELLING.

(A) (1) The minimum front yard setback shall be 35 feet, the minimum rear yard setback shall be 25 feet, and the minimum side yard setback for both sides shall be ten feet.

(2) Corner lots shall comply with the minimum front yard depths on both streets.

(3) Double fronting lots shall comply with he minimum front yard depths on both streets.

(B) The siting requirements of §§ 154.015 et seq. shall be met.
