§ 154.050 PERMITTED USES.

   After obtaining a valid zoning permit, in accordance with §§ 154.230 et seq., the following uses are permitted:

   (A)   Single-family dwelling;

   (B)   Public school, elementary and high, and private school having a curriculum similar to a public school; and

   (C)   Accessory building and use.
