(A) These regulations shall become effective from and after the date of their approval and adoption by the Village of Marblehead, Ottawa County, Ohio, after public hearing and certification to the Ottawa County recorder.
(B) Henceforth, Ordinance No. 32 of 1992, adopted on January 14, 1993 shall be deemed to be repealed.
(C) These regulations shall in no way affect any subdivision having received preliminary or final approval prior to the effective date provided.
