§ 153.138 PROGRESSIVE INSTALLATION.
   (A)   After the preliminary plat of a proposed subdivision has been approved by the Commission, the subdivider may improve a part or the entire area and submit a final plat for that improved portion to the Commission for approval.
   (B)   The subdivider may make the necessary arrangements for completion of the improvements as provided in §§ 153.136 and 153.137 herein and submit a final plat for that portion to the Commission for approval.
