(A) A complete survey shall be made of all lands to be subdivided.
(B) The survey shall tie into the system of permanent civil monuments.
(C) All monuments, property lines, centerlines of streets, and right-of-way lines of alleys and easements adjoining or within the tract shall be tied into the survey.
(D) All surveys must conform to the Minimum Standards for Boundary Surveys in the State of Ohio per Chapter 4733-37 of the Ohio Administrative Code.
