(A) No sanitary sewers and sanitary sewage disposal systems shall be constructed, installed and/or operated without the approval of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and/or county sanitary engineer.
(B) The design, construction and installation shall be according to current standards and specifications adopted by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
(C) All plans, specifications and construction of sanitary sewers to be dedicated to the county shall be approved by the Ottawa County sanitary engineer.
(D) Required treatment of sewage shall be in accordance with the regulations of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
