§ 153.120 SIDEWALK STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The minimum width for sidewalks shall be four feet, but the Commission may require a greater width in the vicinity of shopping centers, schools and recreation facilities, or where similar intensive urban uses exist.
   (B)   A minimum transverse slope of 2% from the property line to the curb shall be maintained where possible to facilitate drainage.
   (C)   In residential areas, sidewalks shall be placed at a suitable distance between curb and property lines, but shall not be placed closer than one foot from the property lines.
   (D)   Sidewalks shall be constructed of portland cement concrete and shall be in conformance with the current volume of Construction and Material Specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation as they pertain to this type of improvement.
   (E)   ADA - handicap ramps shall be provided at all intersections and crosswalks. Sidewalks shall be installed from property line to property line on all roads within the development.
