§ 153.119 SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The responsible official is the village engineer.
   (B)   Sidewalks shall be required on both sides of the street.
   (C)   Public sidewalks may be required for commercial and industrial subdivisions if deemed necessary by the Commission.
