(A) Curbs shall be constructed according to standards established by Ohio Department of Transportation Standard Construction Drawings or as modified in § 153.112. A satisfactory substitute may be authorized by the Commission if requested by the subdivider and approved by the village engineer.
(B) The overall width of curb and gutter shall not exceed two and one-half feet and shall be approved by the village engineer.
(C) Curbs or curbs and gutters shall be constructed in conformance with the current volume of Construction and Material Specifications and standard drawings of the Ohio Department of Transportation as they pertain to this type of improvement.
