§ 153.115 TURN-AROUND AND INTERSECTION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   The cul-de-sac shall be constructed with a pavement radius of not less than 40 feet where open ditches are present, and up to a maximum of 55 feet for curb and gutter streets as measured to the outside edge of the curb.
      (2)   The minimum radius to the right-of-line shall be 60 feet.
   (B)   Where minor residential streets have a change of direction of approximately 90 degrees ("L" intersection), one of the following shall be provided:
      (1)   A minimum radius of 40 feet measured from the intersection of the two street centerlines to the outer edge of the outside curb (or edge of street surface) and satisfactory reverse at either end of same; and the radius of the inside curb (or edge of street surfacing) shall comply with the requirement in division (C) below;
      (2)   A curve with a street centerline radius of 75 feet or greater; or
      (3)   A satisfactory design combining the features of the above two provisions.
   (C)   All standard street intersections shall ordinarily be provided with radii of the back edge of the curb (or edge of street surface) which will result in the space between the edge and the street right-of- way line along the straight part of the street being maintained on the corners.
