§ 153.113 STREET VERTICAL STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   Vertical street profiles shall conform to the maximum and minimum grades listed below.
 
Arterial Streets
Maximum Grade - 4%
Collectors and Residential Streets and Alleys
Maximum Grade - 6%
Intersection Approaches
Maximum Grade - 4% (for at least 100 Feet)
Rate of Change of Grade
Maximum Grade - 4 Feet per 100 Feet
Minimum Grade (normally only for streets with curbs and gutters)
0.4%
