(A) During construction and after completion of the required improvements, the subdivider shall request, in writing, the inspection of improvements by the responsible officials as listed herein.
(B) Upon completion of all improvements, the subdivider shall request, in writing, a final inspection by the appropriate agency.
(C) All inspection fees and costs are charged to the developer.
(D) At least two days notice shall be given for any required inspection.
