(A) Before any construction on required improvements is started, the construction drawings shall be approved by the responsible officials listed herein.
(B) The drawings shall be on file with the Commission, the village engineer, the Board of Public Affairs, the county sanitary engineer, the Village Council, and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency where water and sanitary sewer main construction are involved.
(C) Construction drawings shall be drawn and signed by a registered engineer, including registration number, and shall be in accordance with the Commission's determination of required improvements.
(D) Any significant changes to an approved set of improvement drawings shall require the developer to file an "as built" set of plans with the appropriate agency.
