(A) All easements shall be a minimum of 20 feet.
(B) Where utilities are located outside street right-of-way lines, easements at least 20 feet in width centered along rear or side lot lines shall be provided.
(C) All easements locations shall be approved by the utility company or county agency involved; and, where necessary, easements of greater width may be required by the Commission.
(D) Easements shall also be provided along every water course, storm sewer or drainage channel within a subdivision as provided in § 153.091 of these regulations.
