§ 153.082 VERTICAL ALIGNMENT.
   Vertical street profiles shall conform to the grades listed below.
 
Arterial Streets
Maximum Grade - 4%
Collector and Residential Streets and Alleys
Maximum Grade - 6%
Intersection Approaches (for at least 100 Feet)
Maximum Grade - 4%
Rate of Change of Grade
Maximum Grade - 4%
Minimum Grade (normally only with curbs and gutters)
0.4%
