§ 153.060 CERTIFICATIONS OF APPROVAL.
   The following certifications shall be placed on the final plat and are mandatory for the final approval and recording of the plat.
   (A)   Certification by a registered surveyor to the effect that the plat represents an accurate survey and that all monuments shown thereon actually exist and that their location is shown correctly and by a registered engineer that all improvements plans are accurate.
   (B)   Notarized certification of ownership of the land being platted and acknowledgement and adoption of the plat and dedication of streets and open spaces.
   (C)   Certification of approval by the County Board of Health (Health Commissioner) where sewer and/or public water is not available.
   (D)   Certification of approval by the Marblehead Planning Commission.
   (E)   Certificate for acceptance, by the Village of Marblehead, of any street or highway whose dedication has been requested.
   (F)   Certification of approval by the auditor of Ottawa County stating that all taxes and assessments on the land in the subdivision have been paid and the auditor's certificate of transfer.
   (G)   Certificate of county recorder.
   (H)   Certificate of approval by the village engineer.
   (I)   Certificate of approval by the sanitary engineer.
   (J)   Certificate of approval by the Board of Public Affairs.
   (K)   Certification of the owner's dedication of installed sewer mains to the Ottawa County Commissioners to read as follows:
___________, as owner, hereby dedicates the sewer mains within the platted area to the Board of County Commissioners of Ottawa County, Ohio, exclusively to the public use this_____day of______, 20_______.
   (L)   Certification of the owner's dedication of installed water mains to the Village of Marblehead to read as follows:
__________, as owner, hereby dedicates the water mains within the platted area to the Village of Marblehead, Ottawa County, Ohio, exclusively to the public use this _______day of_______, 20________.
   (M) Such other certificates, affidavits, endorsements, or dedications as may be required by the Commission in the administration of the regulations.
