(A) The final plat shall be legibly prepared in waterproof ink on a permanent, translucent material.
(B) It shall be drawn at a scale of not less than 100 feet to the inch and a graphic scale shall be shown on the plat.
(C) The plat shall be shown on one or more sheets at 25 inches by 29 inches in size, but not larger than 24 inches by 36 inches with one-half inch border and one and one-half inches binding left edge.
(D) If more than one sheet is needed, each sheet shall be numbered and the relation of one sheet to another clearly shown.
(E) Lettering shall be 0.10 inch in height or larger with a pen width of 0.013 or larger.
(F) No ditto marks or abbreviations shall be used on the plat.
(G) The county recorder's requirements for recording purposes shall be met.
