§ 153.057 REGULATIONS GOVERNING DRAWING SUBMITTED.
   (A)   The final plat drawings shall be prepared by a registered surveyor and a set of construction and utility plans prepared by a registered engineer.
   (B)   The plans shall be submitted to the responsible officials and agencies as outlined in §§ 153.105 et seq. of these regulations.
