§ 153.056 APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT.
   (A)   A completed application and questionnaire, on forms provided by the Commission, together with the reproducible copy and ten copies of the plat and the supplementary information specified hereinafter, shall be submitted to the Commission.
   (B)   A fee, as determined by the Commission shall accompany the submission.
   (C)   The deadline for submission is the second Tuesday of any month for review at that month's meeting.
