§ 153.052 FILING OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAT.
   (A)   The preliminary plat shall be considered officially filed on the day it is received by the Commission and shall be so dated.
   (B)   The Commission shall notify the subdivider of any additional data required and Commission action may be delayed until the data is received.
   (C)   Filing shall be by the second Tuesday of any month.
