§ 153.022 APPROVAL.
   (A)   The Chairperson of the Commission upon receipt of an acceptable application shall consider such application filed.
   (B)   Within seven working days of the filing, the Commission shall approve or disapprove the subdivision (administrative approval). If approved, the Chairperson or his or her designee shall sign the application.
   (C)   Approval shall be made only if the Marblehead Zoning and Subdivision Chapter requirements are met.
   (D)   Disapproval and the reasons therefore shall be made on the records of the Commission.
