(A) All housetrailers and trailer camps or parks, as defined by the statutes of the State of Ohio, shall comply with the sanitation and other requirements prescribed by the State of Ohio.
(B) No housetrailer shall be occupied for habitation within the village or as a residence within the village unless and until the same has been connected to a sanitary sewerage system and proper connection has been made to the village water system.
