§ 151.50 PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   Uses permitted in the R-1 Residential District, R-2 Residential District and R-JI Residential District after obtaining a valid permit are as follows: a dock or waterfront structure, which is used solely as a residential accessory use to the main residential structure on the upland lot immediately adjacent to the coastal area and is in no way used for any commercial purpose.
   (B)   Uses permitted in the B - Business District after obtaining a valid permit are as follows:
      (1)   Uses permitted in the R-1, R-2 and R-JI Districts; and
      (2)   A dock or waterfront structure which is used solely as an accessory use to the main use of the upland lot area immediately adjacent to the coastal area.
   (C)   Uses permitted in the M - Manufacturing District, after obtaining a valid permit are as follows:
      (1)   Uses permitted in the R-1, R-2, R-JI and Business Districts; and
      (2)   A dock or waterfront structure which is used solely as an accessory use to the main use of the upland lot area adjacent to the coastal area and which structure is in furtherance of the industrial use of the applicant's premises.
   (D)   Uses permitted in the I - Institutional District, after obtaining a valid permit are as follows:
      (1)   Uses permitted in the R-1, R-2, R-JI, Business and Manufacturing Districts;
      (2)   A dock or waterfront structure which is used as an accessory use of the main use of the upland lot area adjacent to the coastal area; and
      (3)   A dock or waterfront structure that promotes public access to the coastal area for recreational purposes.
