§ 151.20 INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION.
   (A)   In interpretation and application, the provisions of this chapter shall be held to be the minimum requirements accepted for the preservation, protection, development, restoration and enhancement of the resources of the coastal area.
   (B)   Nothing herein shall repeal, abrogate, annul or in any way impair or interfere with any provision of law or any rules or regulations, adopted or issued pursuant to law relating to the construction and use of structures or premises.
