(A) The following waterfront plan districts are hereby established for the Village of Marblehead, Ohio.

(B) The purpose of the waterfront plan districts are as follows.
(1) Residential - 1, Residential - 2 and Residential - Johnson's Island Districts. The purpose of the Residential - 1, Residential - 2 and Residential - Johnson's Island Districts are to accommodate residential uses of the coastal area in locations developed with single-family, two-family and multi-family residential units.
(2) Business District. The purpose of this district is to provide for the business use of the coastal area at locations developed with business facilities.
(3) Manufacturing District. The purpose of this district is to provide for the manufacturing use of the coastal area at locations developed with manufacturing facilities.
(4) Institutional District. The purpose of this district is to provide for the institutional use of the coastal area at locations developed with institutional facilities.
